Hi, I’m Sam. I'm a middle distance runner specialising in 10km and half marathons but will happily train for different distances if someone wants a running partner for a good cause!

I coach all the sessions from 5km to marathons at any pace so if you would like to improve your time or go for your first event I can help.

I work on all-round fitness and nutrition required to support your running and help you stay injury-free. If you’d like to run off-road, I can give you skills and tools to gain confidence to take to the open road!
